HARRY BISSENGER. Studied with
the great anatomist, George Bridgeman. He was chief art retoucher
for still pictures at Warner's in the heyday of great movie stars.
The lovely Miss Irene Dunne said of him after viewing one of her
stills, "The man is a genius. I've never heard of anyone retouching
transparancies, they say it's impossible." The artist was also
well known for his photography which had appeared on numerous magazine
covers but his real passion was painting the female nude in the
classical style.
