Born in Toledo, Ohio in 1946.
Self taught. Received a degree in business management at Cal State
Polytechnic. Exhibited his paintings in 1974 while operating a co-operative
art gallery in Laguna Beach, California. In 1977 he exhibited his
paintings in juried competitions receiving awards in the Glendora
Festival,Catalina Invitational, Whitwood Association, Hillcrest
Festival, and Western Artists of America. He is best known for his
finely rendered paintings depicting the settling of the American
