Born in Los Angeles,California in 1947. Self taught. At the age of 18 the artist travelled to Hawaii, and later to Europe where he lived a painted for many years until his return to the U.S.In the museums of Europe he studied the great works of Abraham Mignon, Rachel Ruysch, the DeHeems, Van Aelst, and the Dutch "Italianates." Corporate and private collectors include Texaco Oil Company, Getty Oil Compnay, El Torito Corp., Big Three Industries, Houston, Palace Hotel, St Moritz, Switzerland, Childrens Hospital of Orange County, Ca., Mitchell Energy Corp, Houston, Texas, University Securities, Long Beach, Ca., Mr & Mrs Joey Bishop, Beverly Hills, Ca., Ms. Vicki Carr, Hollywood, Ca., Mr. & Mrs Clyde Goodyear, Palm Springs, Ca., Mr Robert Guggenheim, Newport Beach, Ca., Mr. & Mrs Jogn McLaughlin, London, England, Mr & Mrs Loic Morantin, Paris, France, Sir Joseph Guttman, Geneva, Switzerland, and others. His exhibitions include 10 years annual exhibit at the Palace Hotel, Switzerland, Salon Des Peinteurs, Recontre Des Artistes, Cafe De La Paix, Salon Des Artiste Francaices, all In Paris, France, New York and Los Angeles Art Expositions throughout the 1980's and 1990's. He is best known for his classical still life paintings in the manner of the 17th Century Dutch masters, and his European landscapes.
