Born in 1925 In Los Angeles.
Received his art training at the Jepson Art Institute and later
at the Art Center Scool of Desifn in Los Angeles. His studies included
instruction from Rico LeBrun, Lorser Feitelson, and Francis DeErdely.
For a number of years he painted for MGM and Columbia studios and
also worked as a free-lance illustrator. In 1960 he devoted his
full time to easel painting. Though he painted many subects including
the American Indian and westerns, he most enjoyed painting period
figures at leisure at the ocean.
